History

Groteskly Yours Studio (GYS) is an independent type foundry based in Belgrade, Serbia. What began as a collaborative project between Eugene and Anna in 2019 has since evolved into a multi-faceted type design studio with a global network of collaborators, clients, and friends. As a family-owned studio, we deeply value openness and collaboration within the studio and with our clients.

At Groteskly Yours Studio, we believe good typography is essential. A carefully crafted custom typeface can elevate the message, adding structure and order to any design system while making it feel fresh and engaging. We understand that type is an integral part of modern branding and communication, and we're here to help designers and brands elevate their typography with our custom and retail fonts.

We approach each project with an open mind, eager to make every typeface unique. At GYS, we design bespoke and retail typefaces and offer extensive type customization services, allowing our customers to fine-tune any existing type from our collection to be a perfect fit for their project.
