1. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or using the typeface, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
2. Duplicate Purchase: In the event of accidental duplicate purchases, we will refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
Refund Request
To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@groteskly.xyz within 90 days of the purchase date. Make sure to provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any relevant supporting information.
Non-Refundable

Processing

Deactivation
